We had a great turn-out for our Volunteer-FOAR-a-Day workday on Anahuac NWR! For this workday we focused on habitat restoration projects, such as tree planting and invasive plant species control. This workday allowed FOAR to fullfill our Adopt-A-Tree Grant Program obligations. There was a real feeling of community at this workday, especially since we had more youngsters than usual. We appreciate everyone's help and we'll see you for February's Volunteer-FOAR-a-Day workday!
